it is microcontroller 89c2051 or 89c52 or 89s52.because in circuit diagram it given 89c52 but in title it is 89c2051

Dear Sir,
TWO SCHEMATIC ARE GIVEN ( 339 SCHEMATIC & MICROCONTROLLER ) I THINK THE 339 CIRCUIT USING AS COMPARATOR MODE TO DETECT UNDER/OVER VOLTAGE OR SINGLE PHASING . I COULD NOT FIND ANY OTHER PROTECTION CIRCUIT LIKE OVER CURRENT.
ONE MORE QUSTION IS HOW DO YOU CONTROL THE PHASE WITHOUT DETECT ZERO CROSS POINT OF EACH PHASE AND HOW IT TIGGER THE GATE OF SCR TO CONTROL THE SPEED OF MOTOR. THERE IS A PROVOTION OF ROTARY SWITCH, I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT JOB IT WILL DO
SIR PLEASE HELP ME ABOUT THESE TOPIC . IF YOUR PROJECT NOT SUPPORT PHASE CONTROL . PLEASE GIVE ME AN IDEA HOW I CONTROL PHASE USING MICROCONTROLLER
