Hi,

I have used this circuit into a 8c051 micro controller. i had to to some alterations with the keypad especially by changing the connection to the port number from the rows as i was getting mixed numbers and that was sovled.

However i am encountering different problems when i enter the 54321 the system does not display ok and when i enter any other 5 digit number it does not display wrong code. I have to enter the sixth number in order to display code to long.

same thing applies to the Mastercode. Can you please instruct i have tried to change the micro controller.
