Did you use the Proteus for simulating?

I didn't find some components you used in Proteus Library. I searched about it and the components aren't available in Proteus Library.

You used this lines and comented:

mov VAR1,#255 ;3.024mS delay
djnz VAR1,$
mov VAR1,#255 ;1.728mS delay for each bit

How it's possible? You charged VR1 with same value and the delays are diferent?

@IaN. This project cannot be simulated as it depends on external hardware (remote). For second question of yours I would suggest if you can post it in forum.

Pins high is the normal state. You need a program to set them low
