Please can any one provide me the comparison between them in terms of perfection and hanging problem due to noise.
If I choose any controller for my projects in future what should I preferably be using.

Thanks

AVR is better than PIC.

whereas PIC is flexible.. its hard to choose which1 to use or not.. as mostly it depends on what your application is..

choose that suits you best and you feel comfortable programming it

In general I agree with Ajay. AVR is better. But it also depends on your needs and experience. If you are used to work with PICs then just continue. If you are new and would like to learn some architecture then go with AVR.
