Hi Ajay and Shyam,
Long time not coming to this websites, been busy...
How are you both?

I need some help and guides on , microstepping on Stepper motor,
i already read on your tutorial about stepper motor. I think microstepping is quite useful for motion control, i would like to know more about it and how to control on microstepping...?
what kind of interfacing and positioning using the microstepping control?

thanks alot!!!

warm HI to everyone

Hi nich welcome back again.

Microstepping is really interesting well its just the sequence that make it microstep. Like 4 step sequence is called full stepping, then 8 step is called half step and as you go on decreasing the step angle and increasing the number of steps its called microstepping.

you can have 4 microstep, 8 microstep and so on.. for microstepping, which intern will increase the number of steps per revolution.

I have found an interesting websites, where you can get tables for microstepping and other stuff.. PIC mostly, will help you a lot If you need more info please ask..

Hi,
I would like to know about the stepper motor driver chip (IC) , such as 3955 from Allegro Microsystems. What i am looking for is high voltage 20-80 Vdc and current5 -10A driver chips. I could not find anyone related on the website, if anyone know about any chips about stepper motor driver, please let me know thanks!
