Thanks for ur suggestio sir,

But, i got the some ack from the phone by trying the below frame:

Here I am filling the Seq.no, and checksums in the program;

After sending, the ack frame I have received is like this:

1e,0c,00,7f,00,02,02,01,1c,70

But actually I have to receive another ack frame as message sent, but I am not getting that. ,

Were you getting the acknowledge after sending the SMS frame before ?

As the phone seems happy with the frame it seems the Msg Centre Number
or mobile no is suspect?

Can you text the the target phone from the keypad ?..
I am assuming it's not the one you are using

Do you have a good signal.. and credit

I have tried a couple of converters and they agree that the message should be
C7 B4 3C 0D... you seem to have an 0x01 where I'd expect a 0

You are trying to use a Nokia 3310 under "computer" control to send a text
to another phone.

Just as a normal phone, with you pressing the keys,
can the Nokia 3310 send texts to the other phone.

Just to test part of the system.

Here one more thing is:
In the ack frame the seq. no is changing as follows
1e,0c,00,7f,00,02,02,81,1c,70

i.e the seq no is like 81,82.83..

but i heard that the seq. no varies as 40 to 47 ??????

One more thing, i have the msg centre no. in 3310 in the path

"menu->messages->settings->message centre1->msg centre no"

is this is correct????? if not where can i find it exactely.

I think your encoding of the Message centre number you gave is wrong.

I get
91 98 85 00 54 4

packs to
91 98 85 00 54 4f

encodes to
19 89 58 00 45 f4

pls give me the encoded data to place in the frame

NO is: +91 9885005444

Encoded as: 0x19,0x89,0x58,0x00,0x45,0x44

Is it correct or not?
