Universal AT Command set will remain same, there may be some special commands defined for that particular model which you can find out in its AT Command manual. AT Command manual for sony erriccson phone is available for free in their developer website.

Hello Mr. Ajay,

For sonyericcson T290i the data cable diagram is given in the following link,

Here the Com port we can connect directly to the UART of the 8052???

Or it supports only USB????

T290i works with serial cable, it does not support USB.

Hello Sir,
This models i.e T290i, and T610 are not there in market. In our city i din't find these.
Again I am working with the Nokia 3310.

Give some more suggestions, about it..

i told you already download that software from bonrix website.

monitor the serial port for protocol information using following software
http://www.serial-port-monitor.com/free-serial-port-monitor-downloads.html

look at what software is sending to phone as sms packet. Only thing you need to make clear is how packet is constructed, values of each field.

Hello Sir,

I was in a toor for these days,

I will explain the way that i have done,

First I installed the Bonrix softwares in the system.

I transmitted a message by connecting the nokia3310 mobile to the system.

while transmitting the msg i monitored the data frame from the system to the mobile by using the Bonrix software.

I used the same frame. in my controller.
