if possible try to learn C from the founder of C i.e. Dennis Ritchie... refer his book on C

easiest book to learn C is "let us C" by Yashwant Kanitkar

after you done with any one of the above try your hand on "The 8051 Micro-controller and Embedded Systems, using Assembly and C" by Mazidi..

I know my C tutorial is not very friendly but give you head start about Keil C, incase you are going to use keil for programming.

C is very simple its like writing your logic in words. try it. ask your doubts whatever you have.
