hello friend,

may be you don't know forum rules, pl.don't use BOLD wording and stop using SMS lingo.

coming to your request, the answer is : bulb, LED, IR LED, Laser(torch) all these can be used to convert electric signals to optical signals.

simple LED/Laser diode connected to any one pin of controller. that LED/diode can be mapped to fiber optic cable to transmit data.
