Hello,

I have 40 sensors , I need read all sensor by Parallel port

I used ADC0804 read one sensor
Can use another piece for expansion Parallel port for read all my sensors

please! I need reaply as soon as possible, Please!

you need ADC with more channels 0804 is not enough it seems

Many microcontrollers have 10 or more ADC channels.
Put four on a board, and use one to collect the data from the others.

Then the "Master" sends the results to the parallel port.

u can also try using an analog multiplexer like 4051 which can be switched using the uC though that would entirely depend upon what type of sensor u are interfacing and will sense only one sensor at a time which might create some delay till it scans all the sensors.

Actually simple multiplexers is probably the best way, perhaps with a single microcontroller
to organize things
There are many types eg, the DG406B is 16 way.
