i am making project named above.Now I have 3310 mobile and i have reasonable knowledge of Assembly language.i want to interface 3310 to a microcontroller and in output i want 8 logics as an output.in which 6 should be on/off (e.g: lights) and 2 should be variables like varying the speed of fan or limiting Air-condition or any thing else.i dont know hw to code AT commands or how to connect it to microcontroller.
i need ur help guys.its my final year.

I'm pretty sure the Nokia 3310 does not support AT commands.

The Sony Ericsson T610 supports AT commands and is quite cheap these days

or use a GSM modem, will cost you around $20 and works well, fits in project easily.

if you are good in AVR you can edit the code for your same application of Device controlling using mobile...go to following german website...dont worry u just need to download code...code is not in german...its assembly and also working....
