i am in my last year of B.tech. and want to submit this as my major project as i liked it very much . i got to submit it within 10-15 days . please let me know whether this project can get completed in this much time or not . if yes , then please guide me through this from the starting to the end , wherever possible . It will be a Great help to me .

There are few things you need to know when working with Nokia 3310.

1. Nokia 3310 works on FBUS protocol and you need a speed of 115200bps for data transfer.
2. FBUS has a particular frame format (more info on frames can be obtained at www.gnokii.org)
3. AT89S52 does not have enough ram to support decoding of sms, so to overcome this problem you can have hardcoded formats of sms, this will save ram.
4. start testing...

no AT89C51 cannot be used for this project, reason is it does not support 115200bps baudrate at which FBUS works.
