Yes Yon need to choose ADC for That

CS5460 Serial ADC
ADC 0804 for Parallel

i am planing to use ADC 0831 and my max current might be 10 A and min will be in mA

there is a CKT inside datasheet can i use that

i have tried an approach that measure voltage across resistance with ADC 0831 so please check my file.
after that i have added voltage devider ckt it it fine???
