making small coils (help)

i hope fine.............
i want to make small coiles one is 2.2nH and second is 1nH use in 555 timer based mobile jammer range is 10------15 fit around.

there is a simple equation for the winding,
Wheeler's Formula (single layer air core coils)
L(uH) = (r^2) * (N^2) / (9*r 10*h)
where:
r = coil radius (inches)
N = number of turns
h = coil height (or length) in inches
