Hi Yash,

Majoka has posted 2-3 circuits of programmer. which one you've built? and what programmer software are you using for them?

also the olimex programmer circuit is simplest

you can make a six pin header and connect device to it. check olimex website for frontend software too.

hi yashshailesh
i make it also on pcb and it work in first attempt
check ur connections once again
specially check transistors
all detail is given here
http://feng3.cool.ne.jp/en/pg5v2.html
in documentation 2 things are clearly mentions

1) I recommend checking to see if there is enough output voltage at the serial port your personal computer. If TxD, DTR, and RTS do not have more than +7.5V(or -7.5V), this programmer will not work well, especially, with the latest laptop computers that using low power RS232 interface ICs.

2) The GND line of a serial port forms relative VDD on a PIC programmer. All the GND symbols in a circuit diagram are a PIC programmer's GND. Never connect them with GND line of a serial port.

other important points r also available on above link

hi yashshailesh
see its documentation
it support most of the ic that software has
u can use winpicpgm software also it is best where if fails there i use winpic800
it never fail to program
that ics listed in software that r supported by hardware
some ics are special that's pin are not compatible with hardware
so use an extra board to program that
