8051 based project That can save up to 60 codes with max of 6 combination of numbers

sbuf is register used in serial communication
when data come it store in this register
in sending it also use
there r many syntax and u can use no's too

if(SBUF==1)
if(SBUF==0X01)
if(SBUF=='1')

I tried it but, it didn't. Please help me,, do you have a sample program there that will act as a password. I tried to use the serial interrupt, but it didn't affect.

in password what is the role of serial port

okay let us not discuss this serial, but will you teach me on how to make a simple password code that can be simulated by keil?

keil can't simulate a password type code because it does not have an keypad
use Proteus for simulation it will save ur work and time
first learn two things how characters displayed on lcd and how keypad interfaced and coding

I am here in the middle of nowhere. I don't have a freedom on this computer. Yes! I have a computer here in the office, but, with a no freedom on installing software like Proteus or even download the file that was given by sir majoka. I don't know how I can start this project... sorry that I am telling you this here, but I am so pressured now.

onyot, base on your concept that u want to implement, serial function is not needed. Stick on the idea we talked to u n the previous pages.

F u are task to make that project then y dont ask them to have an administrator account? Or u can use portable applications that doesnt need admin prevlge.


Do follow what we suggest 2 u onyot so that we have organize ideas to discuss here. If u do that u can finish that n 1week excluding the hardware.

with out keil installation u will be not able to make a code
however a portable Proteus version can be used
even keil can also be used when it install in c drive it make a keil folder there uv2 and uv3 folders are
these folders has direct shortcut to keil
