@ Shehwar
motor rpm is not an big issue
may be interrupts are not working properly that making a display too flickery
try to reduce voltage to low so motor run slow and interrupt occur after some time or check interrupt circuit separately that it is working now or not

i made a seperate board for interrupt using the test ckt schematic. I tested it before connection. It(transistor o/p) goes low when moc is blocked.

ajay bro i tried assembling the ckt on breadboard and i get the same output without any response from interrupter. I mean that when i connect the ckt and supply 5v, the leds start blinking periodically. I think someone else also had this problem.

the mode of supply he used was by using 2 coils of calculated length and gauge and then he setup a dc rectifier network for the supply.
I am getting confused with the calculus. As per what requirement did he setup the coils ?
And in what way is the supply given in the project on the forum ?
PLEASE HELP.:(

@ Shehwar
it is better that u trouble shoot the last one u make instead of making a new
the new one will also has some problem so then u will face difficulties so its better that u trouble shoot this one

but how should i ?
I rechecked the tracks all of them are working fine. What i dont understand is that why are the leds blinking on their own ? The pattern doesnt make any sense but it looks periodic when stationary. And when you rotate it, it just appears to be continuously on all the time. Should i re-programme the IC ?
I am also unable to figure out whether the moc is getting properly blocked or not.

@ Shehwar
it can also be a moc problem check now is it working or not
as u check it independently but now check it witj ur all cicuit is it working or not now
also replace a controller with new one program that and see the results
man members make it with no problem ru using hex file with ur own or that is in the download section
ru compiling it in keil or any other compiler i think that is for other compiler
