Strange problem with 8051uc 16x2 lcd in 4bit mode.

When you give power to circuit , what does display show?

no till not, how much delay should i use?

Startup delay 20ms, then 10ms, then 1, 1, 1ms. I think your delays are not calibrated.. try to use timer for delays. create a 1ms delay loop and pass ms variable from top.

I have connected LED to pin P0^0 but LED was not blinking with 1s delay it was just blinking

just give proper delay values it should work fine. Proteus is a simulator it cannot simulate hardware delays sometimes. It only check for proper commands in case of LCD.
