Testing of 11.0592 MHz Crystal
Please let me know how can I Check whether crystal is working properly or not?

Do we need the keep the Circuit on To check the crystal?
The most practical way is to substitute another similar,crystal.
What crystal are you using and what for ?
I am making one circuit which detect presence of water and then operate motor to fill over head tank.
I am facing some issues in making it.
Situation 1: This circuit will be running 24x7... Sometimes system works abnormally. May be because of fluctuation. I want to take care of that. Once reset it starts working good again. I want to find real reason for that.
Situation 2. Sometime I need to change the capacitor 33pf and Crystal 11.0592 MHz in my AT89S52 Circuit.
Is it not appropriate to use this controller for 24x7 Application?

This does not sound like a crystal fault.. why do you think it is ?
It is more likely to be the power supply or the circuit design or construction.
Can you post your design and code ?

When system behaves abnormally, I change the Crystal and 33pF cap, it starts working fine. Fast Frequent switching on and off also cause this issue sometimes.

I had just put 230x12V transformer...Full wave bridge Rectifier...then 1000uF Capacitor then 7805 and Use the 5 Volt as required in circuit.
Yesterday only I made changes 230x12V transformer...Full wave bridge Rectifier...then 1000uF Capacitor...Two 0.1uF capacitors... then 7805... then 100uF Capacitor...then 0.1uF cap...And also one 0.1uF cap at Vcc pin of Microcontroller to Ground... Testing its performance.

Today I open one onion chopper, I saw Capacitor 0.2uF and Resistor in parallel with the Coil in series from both end of capacitor...These two connection made Rectifier In. then Directly was connected to the 230V DC motor. I sense it is a filter made by RC parallel and L in series on both way. Want to know about the way this filter working. When I removed Inductor coil from circuit motor stopped working. Was it making pure DC, so now in its absence, 230V DC motor is not working?
Give me your comments on this.

I'm sure you are right to improve your power supply.
*Very* likely your problem is noise in the mains supply.
Switching motors causes a lot of noise.
Fit mains filters if you can.
Add as many caps as you can.
Put extra 0.1uF ceramic caps as near the micro supply pins as possible.

How filters work is really complicated, I just accept that they do

I'm assuming the coil was a choke (filter), intended to stop the motor sending noise out
into the mains supply( and messing up electronic devices like yours ).
The motor current flows through it , so it is needed. Put it back
It does not turn AC to DC.
If your motor has brushes, it can probably run on AC or DC, but will generate a lot
of interference.
I will be showing you the power supply figure tomorrow. and we will further discuss on that.
But Let me know that if I place 2200uF cap instead of 1000uF cap for the 12V storage will it affect in wrong way?
I just sensed at time of relay switching sometimes whole system gets fluctuation and goes down. Can it be because of less charge storage in cap 1000uF?

You can always use a bigger capacitor to smooth power supplies.
2200uF is better than 1000.
4700 is better than 2200.. but going higher than you need is a waste of money.

Is that when the motor is connected ?
if so, it is probably the motor that causes the problem.
