the AT42QT1070 not correct data

Hi !
I try use the AT89C2051 for setting the AT42QT1070 by I2C
The slave address write is 0x36 and read is 0x37
but read the register data not correct
Please help check the slave address is correct or not ?
any special request for setting this IC ?

0x36 and 0x37 seem to be to right address.
This data sheet give details of the read/write method.
Can you post you code ?

I suggest substituting a memory chip, such as the 24C01C
in your project to check the basics.
Do you have Proteus ?
