r u sure u r sending AT commands followed by '\r'....

cause if it is working on the hyperterminal it has to work with uC ..
try sending "AT+CMGR = x \r"

Did he say he has problem with AT command? i thought he is just asking to use something else than AT command something like FBUS m kind of confused here..

but I don´t know how to send AT commands from the microcontroller to nokia


he is facing problem sending AT commands frm uC to nokia... already succeeded frm PC hyperterminal...

since he succeeded using hyper terminal ....then y not with micocontroller... surely he is missing somthing

However ajay, How can I test FBUS frames??...Is there some way of to test the FBUS commands through PC and to analyze the answers sent of the cellular?? I´m trying install Gnokii,but until now I didnt´t obtain sucess, did you use it??

there is an open source software called realterm. For serial communication. You can send data in hex format and also control DTR and RTS signals. use it to check the working of FBUS frames. see gnokii's description will give you idea on frame formats.

also download a serial port monitor software.. its also a good software to see what is being sent and read.

Hi Ajay, I´ve already found many examples of frames to send sms, receive sms..but in my project I need to make calls, receive calls and read the number that was calling....Do you have an example of this types of frames?

The problem is i do not have Nokia 3310.. otherwise i can test myself..
give me some time.. i will give you test frames for making calls.. also.. which mobile phone you are using?
