HI
can you help me, Iam doing aproject on GSM controller using PIC 16F877 I use
GSM phone like siemens connected with PORTC RC6 et RC7
*communication RS232
*pic 16F877
application
*Command relays PORTA and PORTE

Do you mean Siemens C35 handset?
It does support AT Commands. you can test it by connecting it to PC's COM port.
Open connection at 9600 8-n-1 and type "AT" and hit enter.
you must get a reply "OK" from phone. test it!

For Siemens c35 - c45 the serial port works at 19200 baud
