Hello friends,

I am using ATMEGA128-16AU for my project work and i am using AEC ISP programming cable connection and i tied both not(RESET) and not(PEN). But the proramming application is not detecting the controller.
What may be the problem.

AEC ISP programming cable is for Atmel's AT89S microcontrollers only as per they have mentioned in their product page. Are you sure you are not mistaken.
Or please link me to the page of cable you are using.
