I have made a project temperature program with pic and i want to do it with 8051 but i dont know how i can change the C codes.

i'm giving the codes and i want to make it with 89C51

No point 'changing' PIC codes to 8051.You'd rather build a new project wih only the program structure in mind.You probably must have used an internal ADC in PIC.
For a 89C51 you would require an external adc.
Have a look at the Tutorials section.
You have an LCD interfacing tut with codes in ASM and C.
There's a tut for the 0804 ADC as well.
You'll be up and running with the 8051 in no time ...

I agree with shashi. if u want to make minimum changes in ur hardware (especially the ADC), then i would suggest u go for the ATmega series of AVR microcontrollers of atmel. They provide all the features inherent in PIC controllers. In addition, they support ISP programming which makes it easy to create a programmer to program it.

i looked to tutorials but i didnt understand how i can do it.I dont have more time for learning step by step.So that i wrote here.I thought maybe some of experts can do it easily what i want.
