Atmel 89C51RC2 timeour error

hi all ...
I'm sorry for disturbing with problem already discussed in this forum, but I couldnt fix it.
I use RS232 converter in Atmel Flip to access board. But whenever I press connect it says "timeout error" I tried many COMs and baudrates, I couldnt fix it. however in another laptop it worked, I could programming.
what can be problem.

probably issue of USB to serial converter if you are using any. they really behave unexpected.

Thanks Ajay. It may be due to converter. I am going to buy new one from other firm

its better to post your circuit too. so that i have confirm that it may be cable's fault
