I have keil software for burning the code for Atmel 89c51.
But i am not able to burn more than 2 kb. So if i want to burn more than 2 kb...what should i do .......
pls help me.....

you have to buy keil..... or search the forum,, you will get another option

Are you using asm or C ?
If ASM you can try the free ASM51 assembler...

I think SDCC is a free C compiler, if m not mistaken. its available in the downloads section

use SDCC + TRIC (a GUI compiler Interface for SDCC)
