u need a little knowldge about php , html and codevision AVR

with this project u can monitor and control ur home from internet ,,....also u can view live-videos from a no of angles with a webcam.

all u need for this is a internet connection and a PC with serial port and parallel port.

if u need to control 8 devices u can do it easily with parallel port
or
u can do it with serial port and a micro controller

a good project for computer science students, i guess

you can run batch files using php as far as i know.
