wud like to interface a TFT monitor with any microcontroller..

all i have now is the objective.. not planned any thing yet.

any link or datasheets or adapter detail etc.. would be helpful

thanks in advance.

I think I would use the analog input of th TFT monitor. IMHO it's the easiest way of interfacing it. All you need is REd Green Blue H. sync and V. Sync.

Last semester I made a Chuckie Egg game using a 8051, an FPGA and a 15" TFT monitor. The FPGA was the display adapter and memory for the 8051. (using both distributed and block ram/rom). It should be fairly easy to generate clock signals for the sync signals from timers. This way you can use whatever monitor you would like

hi TB
thanks fr the reply..
even i was thinking about using the analog i/p
but i might not be able tp use an FPGA with the project so i wud have to think of another display adapter there... something which cud be either readily available or can be easily made.

please do tell me of any such adapters..
