Left to Right:
Initially just Display the (Starting) One Letter in Left side. Give the delay for 50ms and Display the first letter to next position from right to left,Second Letter in the first position. Give the delay for 50ms. Again do the same procedure continuously in the Loop.

I respect others the same way i expect from others.

Hey MATHIVANAN, thanks for the quick reply, I appreciate your comments.
But problem is that I am not using the readymade matrix display, instead I want to design a PCB where I will solder normal 5mm LEDs.
Reason behind this is that the readymade Matrix display are small in size and I want to design a size of approximately 10cm by 15cm so that it is visible from a long distance.
For this I need a circuit design from basic. I would appreciate if you provide me a circuit diagram or some help regarding circuit diagram

build something.. will tell you if its right or wrong.. and how to modify it. or just google.. you will get many circuits.

It is one way, but may not be the best way for you.
It may be better to consider other methods before committing yourself.

You want a 10cm by 15cm display. Have you decided how many leds you will have up and across ?

Hi ExperimenterUK,
I want to use a matrix of 7 by 5 LEDs
I mean 7 rows and 5 columns
Like shown below:

OK.. 5* 7 will be for 1 digit/character,
how may digits/characters wide do you want the display to be ?.
