hello everyone, can any one give the site from where i can order free samples of P89V51RD2. the one on NXP's site offers free samples only to its registered customers. I have to make my project asap and test it. pls help....

i dont think NXP semiconductors r giving free samples..

search in d local market,u'll get it in d range of 150-200 bucks
