i wanna change the hardware design still thinking wat to do!! coz in this hardware there is a lot of use of wood i wanna reduce it.... did u have any idea??

use the lightweight metal "aluminum" little costly but looks good and robust.

and can you also post information of servo gears with close pictures that would be great.

it is totaly Desi type of Gear system!! Servo motor is used from car door mirror system and gear sytem is basically built using motorcycle chain small sprocket to rotate panel and a small camwood at servo side....
