   The Commandline Interpreter accepts varible lenght input from the internal
   UART. compares the string to a list of commands, and performs some action 
   based on the comparison.
   
   The original code was graciously shared by Jon Ward (jonw@keil.com) and 
   original written for Keil compiler. I rewrote some of it to fit the SDCC
