<description><![CDATA[sir ...<br />i want to do this proj...gone through it...<br />but please tell me to run dis project do we need to install VB 6.0 in computer system..<br /> and wher these vb files must be stored...<br />does VB6.0 is a freeware<br />and which files must be loaded into 89c2051(i found d mouse.hex file in d zip file)<br /><br />wher is d file for windows media player hex file then as d proj operates in both mouse and player...<br />y der is facility to change comm ports in pc.exe <br /><br />though i think questions may sound silly but pls provide me vth all detailed answers as i am a beginner...pls send me d entire description ..to my id : sai.mayini@gmail.com]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[hi saikiran,<br />If the project folder contains the exe file then u need not install VB6 to run it. But if in case u need to modify it , then the VB programming environment is neccesary. Same is the case with the uC code. If u want to use the same code without any changes, then just dump the hex file into the uC via the programmer, but if u want to change it, then make the neccesary changes to  the asm/c file , compile it using a 8051 assembler/c cross compiler to generate the hex file and then download it to the uC.<br /><br />As for ur second query about VB, unfortunately, it is not free and the legal version has to be purchased. But the assembler for 8051 can be downloaded free is the ASM51. just google for 'ASM51' and u will find the appropriate link.<br />good luck. <img src='http://www.8051projects.net/e107_images/emotes/yahoo/4.gif' alt='' style='vertical-align:middle; border:0' />  .<br /><br />P.S. please avoid creating multiple threads about the same topic.
