<description><![CDATA[my project is a navagational robot that autonomously avoids obstacles....<br /><br />i have just make it work to avoid obstacles........<br /><br />but the part of tranfering the distance of the obstacle (8 bit data) and the number of turn the robot made (count with in the program)  is a difficult part......<br /><br />my purpose is to transfer this data to a BIM2 transciever connected in a computer by serial port...... i wanted to used Visual basic in for acquiring the data and log this in a data base for mapping the location of the robot...<br /><br /><br />i use Pic Basic programming for the robot.........<br /><br />how could i used Pic Basic to store this data (distance and no. of turns),  then enable the transciever( 0-transmitter or 1- receiver) for the BIM 2.....to send this data wirelessly to the BIM 2 connected in to a computer???????<br /><br />and How could i retrieve this data receive for visual basic form programing ????<br /><br />]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[simple obstacle detection is easy.. but for sensing the distance you need ultrasonic sensors...<br /><br />and for counting number of turns by motor.. you need to use an encoder.<br /><br />why not make a simple autonomous robot?]]></description>
