But it only shows block of black characters at first line and nothing at second line. At first, I thought is it because of the library driver not compatible with mine, therefore, I unplug the microcontroller and switch on the power supply, there is totally same black characters coming out, I wondering if my LCD is already broken. I never used microC coz everything inbuilt it makes you lazy.. i know sometimes its needed anyhow.. try changing delay or something.. look into help file of microC software for settings of LCD etc.I am sure there is a problem with LCD delay.
