Hi all,I want to send and receive data to PIC18f4550 through USB. I have been browsing around but I cant really get my head in. Firstly, I would like to know in the simplest way how USB work. I went through usb.org and it looks bit more complicated than i thought. ;(Secondly, does the PIC needs a USB driver? Thirdly, how do i control the pic from the pc? is it by using winusb? and i would like to create my own user interface.and last..how to send and receive data from the pic through usb? do i need to modify the usb driver or ...??I am completely lost! Could you guys please gimme some ideas or brief explanation(simple as possible please) just to get my way through this project. Thanks a lot!!
