Trying to do similar project which requires control over internet.
Can I have the Home Automation Server source code?

well source code is not complete.. so is just for reference... Its written in Borland Delphi
you can get the source code in download section..
"8051 projects"
might be on page 2 now

Thanks. Do you have any similar software written is Visual Basic ?

well.. no, but you can write one it is just that you have to read the telnet i/p and send to the serial port.. its easy you can make one yourself.
