Convert 8051 *.asm file to *.c file

Hi dudes,

any1 who has converter please share it with me,
i have to maintain old asm projects, i have headache from
asm files ... converters: asm51c, asm2c etc .. thanx

is it good for all types of ASM code?. would be useful for me as all my codes for 8051 are in ASM and could be a blesing if it can be converted to C automatically. (the sample looks impressive. :-) )
