hi all this is my learning thread.. from this thread I already finished some 8051 amd PIC's projects.
namely: home security system, voltmeter using 8051+ADC0808 and voltmeter with PIC16f877a.
I also learned LCD interfacing(16x2, nokia 3310 LCD), ADC and keypad interfacing..
I also want to thank everyone in this forum specially to my friends here..

Does nokia 3310 lcd belongs to this type of LCD, LPH 7366?

It looks very similar
If I were you I'd stick to the normal 2*16 LCD.
If you use the Nokia display you will have to write a lot of extra code yourself.
The way they work is completely different.

8s okay if i have 2 write more codes. Im willing to spend my time working on it just to learn something.
