its manufacturer say's
The LR Receiver is ideal for the wireless transfer of serial data, control, or command information in the favorable 260-470MHz band. The receiver’s advanced synthesized superhet architecture achieves an outstanding typical sensitivity of -116dBm, which provides a 5-10 times improvement in range over previous solutions. When paired with a compatible Linx transmitter, a reliable wireless link is formed, capable of transferring data at rates of up to 10,000bps at distances in excess of 3,000 feet. Applications operating at short distances, or lower data rates will also benefit from increased link reliability and superior noise immunity.

hi osamamongy
go through from this thread
http://www.8051projects.net/forum-t28270.html
visit a spark fun site that has many this type of things
Wiznet WIZ610wi has a UART serial interface so easy to interface with any controller having UART
visit these sites
http://www.cypress.com/?id=2
http://www.stg.com/wireless/ZigBee_comp.html
http://www.redpinesignals.com/Solutions/Wi-Fi_Design_Center/microcontrollers.html
code is second task because first u has module then code according to its interface
module depend on ur pocket ur sources etc
its better u visit spark fun to decide which is fit for u
any module having UART or I2C interface thats easy to use
