hai all,,,,i am working with the home automation project...i connected the circuit on the bread board and its works fine...but when my friend saw this , he told me the main drawback o0f this project...that the host computer must be keep in "on" at every time to provide the haserver working....so wat can i do to reduce this .....as a beginner i cant understand anything in the mcu world..so please help me...
is this possible to provide an embedded ha server to eliminate this problem..? if yes how...? please help me.............

Hi Renilraju2050..

yes it is possible to make and embedded web server instead of using you PC as server.....

your friend said well that this is a draw back but you have to b expert to make an embedded web server need high skills to implement it using TCP/IP stack.....

does anyone knows how to remove the names in help section of home automation server application which is vb based?
it shows "originally by"and "edited by ajay bhargava"..plzzz guys help me out..

yes u can download the vb code of this server from download section and change it..

yeah as mirza said, there is a VB version of server available along with sourcecode, which you can modify as you needs.

The HAserver you're using is written in Borland C++ and i dont have the code for it, even the original author does not respond.
