Your circuit drives 12 volt lamps.
To use 240 volts it will need big changes.
How do you select the patterns to display ?

i will use 12V dc dicrohic lamp that is used in many lights application.. i will not used 220v ac. the pattern must in random, PWM light chaser like the one in picprojects.uk.org.. this one http://picprojects.org.uk/projects/480/pro483/
