PDF to ORCAD PCB SCHEMATICS

Hi To Everyone,
I have got one schematics of Development Board which is of 10 pages and is in PDF format, How can I convert that to orcad schematics since I need to modify that.
Plzzzzzz any one can help regarding that....

there is no why you can convert it to orcad design.. the only way is to make the same circuit in orcad..
