Did this code actually assemble/ compile ?
You have 2 ShiftLoops and 2 rollbits.
There are other things wrong,one is the stack.
If you set the stack pointer to 50h it will soon clash with data at 52h.
Change

Pattern equ 52H to Pattern equ 14h
