33pF and 0.1uF (100nF) are ceramic. 2.2uF probably be electrolytic. 50V? well, depends where you're connecting that capacitor. For relay You need to to see what your load voltage is, depending on that use your capacitor.

our seven segment is bouncing... example, 1 then 8 and so on,

seven segment display does not need a de-bouncing logic or circuit. did you put circuit together?

hmm we use another circuit for the application of project..
actually, aside from ur circuit, we are making another output, we decided to have a count up counter, with different circuit. but it is not connected to themicrocontroller.
we use, 74LS192 and74LS47, however the display bounces..
attached is the circuit that we use, there is no problem of the circuit, but only it bounces...

there should not be any issue with your counting coz you're using discrete chips for display and counting purpose. Make sure you're doing your coding correctly.
Give RESET signal at power up, then for counting up/down just give a pulse L->H->L.
