Not able to turn ON/OFF LED

hey friend kindly help. i am not able to turning LED on or off. this is my code

What LED ?.. there is no LED in your diagram.
Connecting Q1 to 5 volts will damage it.
Remove the connection to 5 volts.
If it still does not work replace Q1
Do not connect to 240 volts until you have everything else working properly.

Are you just simulating? And I think there is no pspice simulation model available for BC547. So you won't be able to simulate it.

Then you might need to check your code for not activating the port pin properly.
