6.4 inch MS Pipe Hole Sequence Calculations

I have 6.4 inches MS Pipe, i need 3mm holes on its surface.
Pipe Diameter is 6.4 inches.
Pipe Length is 60 inches.
Tell me how to calculate that how many holes per line i will drill.

you need to provide spacing between holes 
then devide circumference of pipe with 3mm + spacing you will get holes per line and then to get number of line divide area of pipe with line height + spacing.
