compin and gsm interface

friends i have attached the code and proteus simulation but cannot communicate with controller in proteus, gsm and hyperteminal works fine please and advice thanks

Remove virtual terminal from your schematic coz you cannot connect two TX together. If you want to monitor data from both then better use two virtual terminals and connect only rx of both VTs to uart lines.
And did you do COMPIM settings properly? can you post screenshot of compim settings?
