PT100 interfacing failed

hello guys ,i hav been trying to interface PT100 to ADC 0808 since few days back .......i tried with signal conditioner ckt but facing problem in amplifying pt100's o/p..someone plz help me out

hey ExperimenterUK thanks ,my ckt is finally working but i would like to know how to calibrate it to real temperature......i am working with 89s52 so it is giving me o/p in 0 to 255 range

According to this page the output is fairly linear over a small range
so a simple equation may do.

It gives a full linearization equation if needed.

I assume you are using the PT100 in a voltage divider.
What circuit are you using ?
