Actually you must use two LM386 as it has only one opamp. You can look into LM1877 which has dual amplifier.

AP89341 works on a three wire serial interface (s1 = cs, s2 = clk, s3 = DI) so you can connect these three pin to one of the port of controller and program as per the datasheet. For two different chips use two CS pins (chip select). so you can individually access both the chips. I do not have a ready schematic, but you can find lot of schematic online.
